Yoga is an ancient science, a science of Self-realization. The practice of the postures, breathing exercises, relaxation and meditation are powerful transformers and offer a unique experience to beginners and experienced practitioners alike.

Who Can Practice Yoga?

Anybody who is keen, individuals, couples, backpackers, friends, school groups, work groups, community groups, special needs groups, sports teams, corporate groups and more. South West Adventures currently does work with all of these types of groups.

Yoga Rock Climb Retreat Weekend

Yoga and rock climbing come together in a potent place, one where meditation can happen spontaneously through intense focus. So join us for a yoga adventure, where we will spend time in nature at Rocklands Reservoir, the Black Range and Grampians National Park. We will explore the world within through putting our yoga skills into practice while meeting the challenges of rock climbing.

Group Size Up to 50 participants in a group for any one session. We offer regular classes and private tuition in Portland also.
Accommodation We arrange this or suggest options whether it is for you or your group of 100! Camping, cabins or a B&B maybe?
Catering We arrange, offer or suggest options re: food.
Guides All teachers are experienced and are ongoing practitioners of Yoga.
Costs Adults from $15 per session Children $12 per session.
